I love scrapbooking (obviously!) and one of the funnest parts is when I get to add embellishments. You can buy a lot, but I really enjoy being creative and making my own. Whenever I look at a scrapbooking magazine, one of the first things I look at are the embellishments, and how I could make it myself.
Here I stamped a slide mount. I used a rub-on transfer to add the words. I threaded plastic letter beads onto wire, and attached them to the mount.

Chris - baseball
This is a simple layout that demonstrates what I believe...a great scrapbook page begins, and ends, with a great picture. This is a very simple page. (I didn't take the photo...I bought it from a professional photographer.)
I used a Stampin' Up! wheel down the left side, and tied a ribbon with hardware. I also used a baseball quote.
On the second page, I used my Cricut for the letter, which I stamped with a background stamp, and included a baseball stamp, and hung a small baseball off the title.
Woody and Andy scrapbook page
This layout uses some of my favorite products...my Cricut, and Stampin' Up! This picture was taking at Disneyworld in September, 2005. Andrew has always loved Woody, especially since he has the name "ANDY" written on the bottom of his boot. During the Mickey's Holiday Party, Andrew was dressed up as Woody, and we made sure he got to meet him! It was great!
I made my own background paper using a stamp. The boot and star are also stamps. I used twine as a border around the picture, and ribbon as a border on the paper. I used my Cricut for the title.
Creating in the Frozen North
Welcome to my site. I'll share with you different scrapbook and other paper craft items I've been making. I hope to inspire you to be creative, too.
